At Patchblooms, every custom patch is made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:

Custom Orders

All custom patch orders are final once the design has been approved by the customer.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Approved custom designs
  • Change of mind after production has started

Replacements & Issues

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • You receive a defective product
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The final product significantly differs from the approved design

Reporting an Issue

To report a problem, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Your order details

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before design approval. Once the design is approved and production has started, cancellations are not possible.
